Swiss-Ball Pilates
The class will challenge your concentration while assuring toning of muscles and improving balance. Exercise balls are a useful workout paraphernalia for strengthening your core and balance with exercises such as pelvic thrusts. The ball can be difficult for beginners because it creates an unstable surface, but with a little practice, an exercise ball will introduce your muscles to new ways of movement!

Roller Pilates
The class is designed to develop balance and coordination through stabilization of the core muscles. It incorporates the Pilates foam roller which is extraordinarily effective in activating deep core muscles, and improving balance, posture, and strength. Due to its magical effects in myofascial release and self-massage, the class is alternative known as Roller Rocks!

Theraband Pilates
The Pilates class will include exercise bands that work you muscles like weights do. Your muscles contract to generate force to stabilize and control the desired Pilates movement. The session will be a classical based mat Pilates workout with exercise bands as a support to have resistant and gain strength and increase flexibility and have intelligent mobility. With the band we will emphasize on the abdominals and back workout. Torso would be our main subject on the session, so prepare yourself to feel your abdominal package strong, stable and toned. Lets work for a beautiful and strong waist. Centered and Balanced. We will guide the session with the basic exercise from matwork Pilates just with little adjustments.

Classical Pilates
The class is guided by the original work of Joseph Pilates placing emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The class is adaptive to varying experience levels, hence, encompassing Basic Mat Workout to Advanced exercises based on the comfort level during execution.

Contemporary Pilates
Is a flow movement session which incorporates the Classical Pilates exercises which strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance transitions movements. Stabilization, strengthening, lengthening and softening exercises, is balanced in itself, can be modified for different movement purposes, should be modified to suit the mover.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha means force. It encompasses various styles of Yoga as it is based on the old system focusing on the harmonizing asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) which help bring the peace to the mind and body.

Hot Yoga
The class is conducted in a heated room generally at a temperature of 33 C° to 40 C°. The class duration is 90 min and applies the same series of 26 asanas including 2 breathing exercises. Despite its benefits, Hot Yoga must be approached with caution as it can cause heat related disorders in some people. We encourage consulting a health professional before stepping into it.

Meditation & Pranayama
Pranayama (Breathing), is the foundation of a yoga practice. It begins with deepening your breathing with the 3-part breath, then moves into more advanced breathing exercises such as Kapalabhati and the Alternate Nostril Breath. Pranayama also goes hand in hand with the Asanas.The ancient Indian discipline of Yoga recognizes Pranayama as a key activity in Yogic practice.

Circuit
MTS offers access to the complete Pilates apparatus. That is the Rehabilitation Reformer, the Cadillac, the Wunda Chair, the Ladder-barrel, the Spine Corrector and all the supporting accessories such as circles, balls, wheels, rotator discs, foam rollers and bands. With all these equipment we have created a complete and fulfilling session in which we will explore the main Pilates principles with the different equipment so you can appreciate the assistance and the challange presented by the workout on your body.

Reformer
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise apparatus used to intensify the Pilates workout. The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The Pilates reformer is a sliding carriage with resistance springs of varying weight, pullies and straps. You can perform a range of exercises on the machine in various positions such as supine, prone, seated, side-lying and standing.

Antigravity Yoga
It’s the fun and transformative new way to practice traditional yoga through the use of soft fabric aerial hammock. Aerial yoga defies the gravity and allows accessibility to various yoga poses that may be difficult to perform on the mat. Swing yoga offers a complete body workout as it allows you to move more freely with less effort by counteracting gravity, hence, improving the aging process, heart condition and memory.
