In this workshop, Daphne will take you through different variations of movements and progressions you can do on the Spine Corrector to enhance spine proprioception, spine mobility and overall brain-body health.

Our Pilates-based exercise workshop targets the pelvic floor while educating moms-to-be on proper body mechanics as their bodies continue to change. The workshop and our pre and post-natal classes consist of safe Pilates-based exercises. Exercising during your pregnancy can provide you with more energy, less physical discomfort and the strength you need for labor and a quicker recovery. These exercises provide many benefits as your body goes through changes, before and after childbirth.
Myofascial Release : Melt your muscles into relaxation!
During two hours we´ll use Franklin Method Balls experiencing a gentle, effective massage. The smooth surface of these massage balls provide deep muscle penetration that goes to the source of the trigger point without aggravating soft tissue. We will incorporate an embodied anatomy experience with the guidelines of the Muscles Chains and travel through them smoothly and with resilience.
