She embodies the body as her source, for artistic creation, training, teaching or healing. The “sense of feeling” her mission as a teacher. Through her classes she seeks the understanding which implies an intelligent movement and congruence with a whole being.
Lillian is a Personal Trainer Reps UAE certified Level 2 since 2019, certified in Ashtanga, Hatha Vinyasa and Trauma informed Yoga. She holds two Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Trainings. One with the Classical repertoire from Pilates Center of las Vegas and the other with a rehabilitation approach from PhysicalMind Institute NY. She specializes in Neurorehabilitation and Pathos Kinesiopathology of the lumbar spine with Polestar Pilates Miami. Her Somatic approach definition comes from Franklin Method and Feldenkrais techniques. Her Bachelor is in Contemporary Dance, her Choreographic and Interdisciplinary artistic Scenic and visual projects continue independently. Lillian is fluent in Spanish, German, and English.
ACE-CPT, UAE. Reps Level 3 CPT. Rehabilitation Specialist, Pilates Instructor & Yoga Teacher. Daphne started her professional journey as a physiotherapist and rehab movement coach in 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy and is an internationally licensed personal trainer for over 10 years now, awarded by American Council on Exercise and Personal Training Academy Global. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer in the UAE, certified by Dubai Sports Council. Certified by the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance, teaching foundations in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Aerial Flow/Swing Yoga. She has studied Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre Pilates Foundations, Merrithew Education-certified. She is also a TRX-qualified coach.
She is deeply encouraged by her teaching vocation and interest in bringing wellness in her students’ life. Her positivity and patience along with her multidisciplinary experience resulting from years of passionate work and continuing education define her motivational ability to challenge the students to better their practice through body awareness and mind power.
Is a Physiotherapist with a Masters degree in Neurorehabilitation. She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute and Yoga teacher. Josephine has several certifications within Pilates and Yoga including: NeuroPilates, Small equipment Pilates, Pilates for Shoulder Rehabilitation, Pilates for Spinal surgery, Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga. She also has various certifications in rehabilitation techniques. Her vast experience in the rehabilitation field provides her with a unique set of skills that allow her to create classes that are targeted at the re-education of correct movement patterns. She is able to address a wide array of postural and muscular conditions through the use of equipment and appropriate modifications.
Josephine is very passionate about the fluidity of movement and the mind-body connection and takes a whole-person approach with clients.
